Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs. We provide accommodation and support for vulnerable adults in a number of locations in Mansfield. Our aim is to meet their support needs and help the individual overcome challenges.

We have roles available for those who have worked in similar roles in the past, and those who want to make a start in social care. Current vacancies

Support Planner

£22,139-£24,522 (includes a 10% non-consolidated market enhancement).

Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm (flexible working pattern).

Support Worker

£20,105-£21,368 (includes a 10% non-consolidated market enhancement) plus 7.5% enhancement for hours worked 10pm – 7am.

Early shift 8am – 4pm. Late shift 2pm – 10pm. Also includes Bank holidays and weekend working.

Night Support Worker

£20,105-£21,368 (includes a 10% non-consolidated market enhancement) plus 7.5% enhancement for hours worked 10pm – 7am.

Working hours between 9pm and 8am on a rota pattern.
