Need to arrange a repair?

Once you request a repair, we aim to support you as soon as possible.

Our Tenant Handbook provides further information about how we process and carry out repairs (see page 9 for specific information).  Your support service or Housing Officer will keep you updated on the progress of the repair, including when a Contractor will be attending (the Contractor might also call you directly).


Request a repair via a Framework Support Worker or Housing Officer. You can do this by phone, email or in person.


You can also request a repair directly via our Property Services Department. Simply call 0115 841 7711.


You will be asked some questions about the repair to ensure that the correct advice is given and the correct Contractor is arranged.


We will keep you updated on the progress of your repair. For a repair to be completed you will need to be at home and allow the Contractor access to your property.
