We are committed to developing 200 new homes for rough sleepers by 2026.

• £18 could help fund a call for help to our Street Outreach Team, the first step to getting someone off the streets into safety.
• £53 could help fund a move-in pack of essential items for someone when they move into their new home.
• £89 could help fund sessions with a support worker to help someone manage their budget and settle into their new home.

Life on the streets can be cold, brutal and unforgiving. Staying in touch with family and friends, health services and other vital support agencies is essential.

Our Lifeline appeal aims to provide phones and SIM cards for people sleeping rough, so that they can stay connected and stay safe.
