As a senior leader in the public, private and third sectors, Paddy has been involved in planning and delivering public services locally and nationally for around fifty years. He is involved with several environmental charities and is a Non-Executive Director of Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust.
Jane has worked across the NHS, the Local Authority and academic sectors for nearly 30 years and has held several senior leadership roles in that time. She is currently a Director of Public Health at North Northamptonshire Council and an Honorary Associate Professor of Public Health at the University of Nottingham.
Holly is Director of Homes and Wellbeing at NCHA. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in leading strategy, managing business risk, quality and operations in the Housing, Care and Support sector; with an academic background in Social Sciences and Gender Studies.
Tom is the Director of Operations at YMCA Heart of England. He is a chartered member of the CIH with over 16 years’ experience in the social housing sector and extensive knowledge of legislation and regulation with a passion for leadership, customer service, service improvement, innovation, social value and strategy. He has an academic background in planning and development.
Neil previously worked at a purchasing and distribution organisation serving the public and charitable sectors. He is currently Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) International at Walgreens Boots Alliance, after working for more than fifteen years with the healthcare and retail company.
Rob is Head of Regeneration at Platform Housing Group. He has worked in housing for over 25 years across several disciplines at a senior level for both local authorities and registered providers. In recent years he has focused on delivering housing growth and estate regeneration.
Brigitte is a retired doctor with 40 years’ service in the NHS, working locally, regionally and nationally to provide the best care to patients. This includes 26 years as a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, and working as a clinical Academic Professor at the University of Nottingham.
A qualified accountant, Jonathan has many years experience in local authority social care, NHS health care and more recently in housing. Currently a Finance Director for a local healthcare company and independent member for a housing association.
Amy has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector across operational and strategic roles and is currently Executive Director of Strategy at Hightown Housing Association. Amy is a CIH Chartered practitioner and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, with a values‑led approach focused on equity, dignity and accountability.
