We are working to end homelessness and related disadvantage by delivering high impact services that create lasting change for the people we support.
Two core ambitions run through everything we do. First, we believe that the experience, insight and strengths of people who use our services must shape our decisions and our practice. Listening carefully, learning actively and embedding lived experience throughout our organisation is essential to delivering meaningful and effective support.
Second, our work depends on human connection. The skill, compassion and commitment of our staff is fundamental to our impact. We are committed to developing, supporting and valuing our people, recognising that this is both the right thing to do and critical to the quality of our services.
- We believe that people experiencing homelessness and related disadvantages should have access to excellent health and recovery services, particularly those least well served by existing systems.
- We will deliver and advocate for excellent supported housing and homelessness services that are ambitious for the future of the people who use them. Our services will not only provide safety and stability, but actively support people to build lives beyond homelessness.
We know our purpose is bold, but we believe ending homelessness is achievable.
