Madge’s Story

Loyal supporter Madge has been a friend of Framework for many years.

This spring, along with her faithful four-legged friend Tolly, she took on our Framewalk challenge and fundraised an incredible £500 through daily walks in their local area!

This is a huge accomplishment that will help us continue developing homes, supporting people in crisis and transforming lives.

Our heartfelt thanks to Madge, Tolly and everyone who donated so generously.

Katie’s Story

More than 27,000 people took part in the Manchester Marathon this month, running a jaw-dropping 26 miles!

One of those runners was Katie, who achieved the feat and raised much-needed funds for the people like Jack who desperately need us.

Congratulations Katie on your success and many thanks to you – and people like you across the UK – for choosing Framework to benefit from your efforts and enhance the services we offer to people in need.

Try something a little different

We’re grateful for the many creative ways community groups help us through their fundraising activities to support more people like Colin on their journey from ‘homeless to home’.

The Living Threads Group are a collective of textile artists who produce innovative work using fibres, threads, yarns, fabrics and beads. Through exhibiting their masterpieces, their creativity has enabled a significant contribution to our work helping rough sleepers into accommodation.Their exhibition raised £1,500 to support our Building Better Futures appeal, developing new homes with wraparound support.

A donation of this size is enough to furnish an entire Housing First flat for somebody moving off the streets into a new home.

The efforts of the Living Threads Group is a beautiful demonstration of ‘whatever you do, do it for Framework’.

Will your company join the fight to end homelessness?

The team at The Campbell Clinic dental practice and The Campbell Academy dental training provider in Nottingham have supported Framework for several years.

“The whole Campbell Clinic team are involved in one way or another. From being on our charity committee, attending our fundraising ball, or sponsoring another member of staff, we all get involved somehow.”

Kath Hare, Research Manager

To date they have raised a remarkable £34,086 through donating a share of their profits and fundraising events such as their annual charity ball.

This year they’re shaking things up with Campbellfest – a festival-themed fundraising event featuring local musicians and fundraising games which will take place on 9 September.

Our ultimate goal is not just to get people off the street and out of immediate danger, but to support them into sustainable independent living. We know that journey can be long and complicated.

Companies who contribute so significantly support us to reach people who are hardest to help and provide the long term assistance they need. Everyone deserves help, no matter how complex their needs are.

We are immensely grateful to The Campbell Clinic and Campbell Academy and to all the businesses who support our work.

Together their patronage is contributing to the mission of our Building Better Futures campaign – providing 138 units of accommodation and intensive tenancy support for 159 rough sleepers in the past two years alone.

Together we can empower people to achieve better, brighter futures.
