Framework service user in employment

About

Work Routes helps people who have been out of work and people who have never worked, to find sustainable employment.

The team works with people facing health or learning difficulties, ex-offenders, former members of the armed forces and their families, care leavers and people who have been long-term unemployed.

Every participant is supported by a dedicated Employment Advisor and has access to three Employment Specialists offering a range of support, including:

• How to improve your CV, make your job application stand-out and attract employers
• Mock interviews and tips for success, plus signposting to other free help and advice
• Weekly check-in calls after you start your new job, with ongoing support and advice.

We run various Work Routes support sessions every week across locations including:

• Val Roberts House, 25 Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 6NX
• Dukeries Business Centre, 31-33 Retford Road, Worksop, S80 2PU
• The Exchange, 8 Water Lane, Newark, NG24 1HA.
