Help to deliver trauma-informed recreational activities in order to build trust and promote wellbeing in our service users
Main responsibilities
- Engaging service users in planning activities to ensure their relevance
- Developing and implementing a calendar of activities that promote social inclusion
- Applying trauma-informed principles in all interactions and program design, ensuring activities are safe and empowering
- Creating a welcoming environment that respects service users autonomy and dignity
- Maintaining records of attendance and both formal and informal feedback which will be shared with support staff, the Involvement Champion and Participation Manager
