Activities Co-ordinator

You will help to deliver trauma-informed recreational activities in order to build trust and promote wellbeing in our service users. These could be things such as arts and crafts, film clubs, coffee mornings, or any social engagement opportunities.

Main responsibilities

  • Engaging service users in planning activities to ensure their relevance
  • Developing and implementing a calendar of activities that promote social inclusion
  • Applying trauma-informed principles in all interactions and program design, ensuring activities are safe and empowering
  • Creating a welcoming environment that respects service users autonomy and dignity
  • Maintaining records of attendance and both formal and informal feedback which will be shared with support staff, the Involvement Champion and Participation Manager
