This service is for Framework residents only.

If you are living in our supported accommodation you will need to engage with our Targeted Support Team as part of your tenancy agreement.

The team will work with you to develop your tenancy and other skills, with a view to finding you longer-term, unsupported accommodation within six to 12 months.

The team can help you with:

• Claiming benefits and looking for work
• Budgeting and managing debt
• Finding any additional support you may need.

Make a referral

To access the Targeted Support Team, you will need to do one of the following:

• Call 0115 9709 535 and request a Housing Management Form
• Email hmsallocations@frameworkha.org and request a Housing Management Form or;
• Ask for a Housing Management Form in person from our Nottingham office at 25 Gregory Boulevard (a short walk from The Forest tram stop).
