Do Your Own Fundraising

We’re constantly amazed by the commitment and creativity of our fundraisers. Whether you’re climbing a mountain or hosting a bake sale, your fundraising activity will help us to support even more people experiencing homelessness.

If you have a new fundraising idea, we’d love to hear from you. You can contact our Fundraising Team at fundraising@frameworkha.org who will guide you with fundraising advice and training tips, as well as provide you with any materials you might need to turn your imagination into reality. Fundraiser Spotlight

Guy Turner

In the summer of 2022 Guy Turner set off to walk, solo, from Land’s End to John O’Groats to raise money for various charities, including Framework. After 31 days he was stopped in his tracks by a foot injury and has been gradually continuing the journey in stages. On March 23rd 2025, he returned to Scotland to complete journey, arriving in John O’Groats by mid April.

Guy walked an impressive total of 1220 miles over 79 days and raised a tremendous total of £20,000 for 4 different charities, including Framework!

Fundraiser Spotlight

Catherine Stocks

In July 2024, Catherine took on the full Outlaw (Ironman) in Nottingham to fundraise for Framework in memory of her friend Ben. Having only first dipped her toe into the lakes of a triathlon a couple of years ago, her biggest hurdle was overcoming her fear of the 2.4 mile lake swim, hours spent ‘normalising’ cycling 112 miles, and running a marathon after all of this!

Catherine decided to raise some money for Framework at the same time as taking on this challenge. She had worked within housing and homelessness for many years and wanted to raise funds so that Framework can continue to support rough sleepers into accommodation. In successfully completing the challenge, she also managed to triple her fundraising target and raise a grand total of £1598 for Framework!

Fundraiser Spotlight

Sam Jones

Last Christmas, dedicated Framework supporter Sam Jones fundraised for Framework by taking part in various different activities. This included running a reverse advent calendar, making and selling his own Christmas decorations, hosting sweet stalls and Christmas fairs, and throwing a Christmas party all in aid of Framework.

In addition to this, throughout November, he also put a food item a day into a box which was then gifted to Framework in early December. He also collected donations of toiletries for those in hostels and for those who are living on the streets.
