Our New Albion services provides 24 units of supported accommodation for single homeless people who are assessed as being in priority need by Nottingham City Council. Residents are housed in individual, en-suite flats and the building is managed 24hours a day. Staff provide extensive life skills training, including budgeting, cooking, and meaningful occupation, employment and training. Support is provided with resettlement and referral to tenancy sustainment services. The maximum length of stay is 12 weeks and residents are usually re-housed by the council. Referrals are made by Nottingham City Council
