This report presents findings from an independent study we commissioned with Imogen Blood & Associates to evaluate the impact of our housing-related support services on people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, and on central and local government priorities.
It provides a case study of commissioning housing-related support services in two-tier settings, adding to the evidence base on the impact of housing-related support services, acknowledging the structural and resourcing issues that threaten their future, and highlighting issues that should be addressed in the detailed plans for Local Government re-organisation.
