GROW helps people to build everyday essential life skills so that they can start thinking about a journey towards employment.

GROW can help you:
• Set personal goals and discover your potential
• Learn digital skills, healthy living and skills for the home
• Explore training, employment and volunteering opportunities
• Build key skills to effectively look and apply for work.
You can choose from a menu of activities, building your confidence and independence in interactive group sessions and via personal one-to-one support.
GROW is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
