       Nottingham Panthers Signed Replica 2024-25 Jersey Raffle Terms & Conditions

The Raffle:

  1. The promoter of the Nottingham Panthers Signed Replica 2024-25 Jersey Raffle (the “Raffle”) is Framework Charity, registered charity number 1060941, whose registered address is Val Roberts House, 25 Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 6NX (the “Charity”).
  2. Participation in the Raffle costs £5 per raffle ticket (“Ticket”).
  3. Tickets will be limited to a maximum of 10 per person.
  4. The Raffle is open to all residents of Great Britain (which comprises England, Scotland and Wales, and excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), who are aged 16 years or over. Employees and volunteers of the Charity and their families may enter this Raffle.
  5. All Raffle entry sales are final and no refunds shall be made at any time. All entrants acknowledge that their payment of £5 per ticket to enter the Raffle does not guarantee that they will win any prize.
  6. The Charity reserves the right to undertake age verification on any person participating in the Raffle.
  7. If a Ticket is unknowingly sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16, or an individual is unable to successfully complete age verification checks, they will be exempt from the Raffle, will forfeit their prize, and the stake will be returned.
  8. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all of the entrants in the Raffle at the Charity’s Head Office in Nottingham, in a secure and open environment and witnessed by two members of the Charity’s Fundraising Team, on 1 April 2025.
  9. The Charity accepts no responsibility if the chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.
  10. The Charity reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  11. Framework Charity reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. Closing date for the purchase of Tickets is 31 March 2025. The Tickets purchasing page will be closed after this date.
  13. Payment for participation in the Raffle can be made online only on the Tickets purchasing page. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
  14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Your Tickets will be entered into the draw as soon as the whole payment is received.
  16. The name of the Winner will be available after the draw has been conducted by contacting the Charity on 0115 970 9558.
  17. Monies raised by the Charity in the Raffle will support the work of Framework Charity where the need is greatest.
  18. The Charity reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
  19. The prize will be a replica Nottingham Panthers jersey from the 2024-25 season, signed by Nottingham Panthers players. Further details of the jersey, specifically whether it will be a home, away or third jersey, will not be confirmed by Nottingham Panthers until nearer the draw date. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  20. The prize is subject to change and availability. The prize cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value.
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up their prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Charity, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Charity’s liability for fraud, personal injury or death, which after investigation is found to have been howsoever caused by the Charity.
  22. Framework Charity is committed to protecting your privacy. By purchasing Raffle Tickets, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal details by us. Data collected from you is used lawfully in accordance with Data Protection legislation and with Framework Charity’s Privacy Policy as posted here. Framework Charity’s Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of processing Raffle Tickets, subsequent entry into the draw and informing you if you have won a prize.
  23. The result of the Raffle is final. If you wish to make a complaint, details of how to do so can be found here.
  24. The Winner:
  25. The Winner will be notified by email or telephone directly by the Charity within seven days of the draw.
  26. The Winner will have up to three months following notification of their win to claim their prize and the Charity will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winner during this time. In the event that the Winner cannot be contacted within the three months the Charity will re-draw the Raffle and identify a new Winner.
  27. The Winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Raffle which may include the publication of their name and/or photograph in any media. The Winner has the right to choose not to participate in publicity.
  28. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim between the parties arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
