Framework’s Employment and Skills Team Conquer Mount Snowdon

Back in January, some of the Employment and Skills Team spoke to the Fundraising Team at Framework to see if our idea to take on Mount Snowdon could work. We roped in some of the team, set a date… and on Saturday 17th May 2025 that date arrived, and we climbed Mount Snowdon!

Knowing what this meant to the team, every one of us had our own personal reasons to achieve this, and seeing the pure determination, support, fun, and laughter is indescribable.

We checked in on each other, shouted words of encouragement to each other and spurred each other on the whole way.

We laughed together, swore together, cried together – but most of all created the most amazing memory together. There were challenges for sure, none more so than the 3000 race runners charging at us on their way down the mountain!

No words can ever explain how special this day was and we couldn’t have wished for a better group to do it with. We were all worried beforehand but in the end we raised a grand total of £1732 for Framework!

What an achievement for all of us ❤️
