Our housing-related support in North East Lincolnshire

Framework offers housing-related support to anyone aged 16 years and over who has been assessed as having housing-related support needs and requires help to maintain a tenancy and live independently.

The service is available to single people, couples and families, including expectant mothers; it supports people who have drug and alcohol problems, mental health issues, offending behaviours and physical or mental disabilities.

Support is available for up to 18 months. It can be extended to two years but only with prior consent from the council.

You will be assigned a dedicated support worker, will be in control of the service you receive, and will be fully involved in the development of your support plan. The service can be delivered in your home or in the community. Support is delivered one-to-one and in group sessions.
