‘I was a single parent who hadn’t worked in years’
“I was a single parent, I hadn’t worked in years and I guess I was stuck in a rut. I’d spent so long just being a mum that I was very nervous about the prospect of going back to work. I didn’t think I had anything to offer, I didn’t want to associate with anybody and I didn’t have any confidence in myself.
“After coming to Framework’s Training Centre I changed. I got to learn news skills and try things I’d never done before. I also got to spend time with other people again. I got more confident, I felt more worthy and I wanted to achieve things again.
“Without Framework I would still be in the same rut, but coming here has opened so many doors to me. There are people here who really believe in you and can lead you on the right path in life.”
