Service information
Provides accommodation and support for 15 single homeless people. Priority is given to applicants with a local connection. Accommodation is in self contained studio flats, one of which is accessible for wheelchair users. Staff provide support around independent living skills and help with finding appropriate resettlement options.
Referral process
Self or agency referrals are accepted. Please phone or call in (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) for an application form, which is to be completed by the applicant and/or the referral agency prior to interview. A risk assessment is required.
