Service information
Provides accommodation and support for single homeless people. Referrals are via the local housing departments in Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe. Accommodation is in self-contained flats, two of which are accessible for wheelchair users. Staff provide support around daily living skills and resettlement. The project has access to move-on accommodation in each of the three boroughs.

Named agency referrals only. Phone, drop in (at Broxtowe Housing Options, Rushcliffe Housing Options, Gedling Housing Services Department) or write. Application form completed before interview by applicant and referral agency. Risk assessment.
