Service information
County Community Houses is a supported housing service with accommodation in the Gedling and Ashfield districts. We work with homeless men and women upwards of 16 years of age with support needs who want to be resettled into more appropriate permanent accommodation. The accommodation consists for shared and self-contained properties across Gedling and Ashfield.

Referral process
Referrals can be made via Gedling Borough Council Homeless Section - appointments are held every Monday afternoon at the Civic Centre where referrals from the homeless section are assessed for the service.
People can self refer by completing an application form. Other agencies can refer people by completing an application form and risk assessment. Please contact the service for an application form.
