This service provides support around the prevention of homelessness; the aim is to provide housing-related support and guidance around rent or mortgage arrears, eviction, finding accommodation, sustainment and resettlement into the community.
Russell HouseNewark & Sherwood
Russell House provides accommodation and support for 15 single homeless people. Russell House also manage ten self-contained move-on flats in Newark town centre called The Old Dairy.
Sherwood Street CentreMansfield
The Sherwood Street Centre provides 15 self-contained units of temporary accommodation for single homeless people who are 18+ and have support needs that make it difficult for them to attain and maintain their own homes successfully.
New AlbionNottingham city
This service provides 24 hour staffing of 24 self-contained flats within a converted church building, which provides temporary accommodation for single homeless people and homeless couples.
SAFEHousing-related support in South Derbyshire, Erewash and Matlock. Floating support provision in Chesterfield, Bolsover and North East Derbyshire.
The SAFE consortium provides flexible housing-related support to young people across Derbyshire, between the ages of 16 and 25, to prevent homelessness, promote independence and ensure they are able to sustain their own accommodation in the future.
Potter Street provides short stay accommodation and support for up to 12 single homeless people and couples.
SVP Ozanam HouseMapperley, Nottingham
SVP Ozanam House is a hostel for single homeless young women aged 16 – 25.
Elizabeth House & Step 2Broxtowe, Gedling, Rushcliffe
Elizabeth House provides accommodation and support for single homeless people aged 16+, also space for two couples but each must fit the service criteria. The Step 2 service provides very similar support to that offered at Elizabeth House.

Michael Varnam House is a ten-bed service for homeless men and women with a primary issue of alcohol misuse.
The Pathways CentreLincoln
The Pathways Centre is a direct access hostel in Lincoln, providing 24 hour support and accommodation for individuals from across the county.
