We are currently on site building 5 new move on flats, due for completion in October 2015. The flats will be managed by our Housing Management Service. Designed by Marsh:Grochowski Architects, this site is being developed by North Midland Construction PLC with assistance from Price & Myers Consulting Engineers, Richard Julian & Associates and Low Carbon Box.

Sunrise House, Bestwood, Nottingham

Currently on site, this block of 16 move on flats has been named 'Sunrise House' after Sunrise Farm, which used to stand on part of the site (which can be seen on maps of the area dating back to 1883 but was demolished in the 1950s). Due for completion in January 2016, the flats will be managed by our Housing Management Service. Designed by Marsh:Grochowski Architects, this site is being developed by Robert Woodhead Ltd with assistance from Price & Myers Consulting Engineers, Richard Julian & Associates and Low Carbon Box.

St Andrews Church, Stapleford, Nottingham

Currently on site, this development consists of 3 new build move on flats along with the refurbishment of the former St Andrews Church to provide a further 8 flats. Due for completion in January 2016, the flats will be managed by our Housing Management Service.
