The Board

Bob McCittrickBob McKittrick (Chair) retired as a Director of Scott Wilson plc, an international civil/structural engineering and planning consultancy in 2007. He had joined the firm in 1967. He is heavily involved in many areas of voluntary work including the Methodist Church, professional institutions and anti-corruption in the construction industry.



 

 

Peter Jackson

Peter Jackson FCIH (Vice Chair) is an independent housing consultant with a wealth of social housing experience, including 20 years as Assistant Housing Director with Nottingham City Council.

 

 

Jo Dean was formerly a university lecturer in housing and community care and now manages Nottingham's community empowerment network.

Christopher Edwards is an accountant with a retail, leisure and audit background, specialising in risk, change and process management. Chris also sits on the Thee Oaks Housing Board in Blaby.  

Kanwaljit Singh Has worked in housing and the voluntary sector for many years. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing with an MBA. He is a Justice of the Peace and a Trustee of Lankelly Chase Foundation.  

Christopher Taylor is a Company Director of 27 years, working for both large & small businesses. Currently Commercial Director for a Local Textile Business.

Sarah Benedek is an extensively qualified consultant with a career of high profile marketing and communications roles. She has wide ranging board level experience of stakeholder communications, media management and marketing strategy. She is also Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Kirsty Everson is currently a Director at Rotherham Borough Council dealing with housing and support services for older people, people with disabilities, homeless people and asylum seekers. She has worked in housing and commissioning posts within various public sector organisations over the past 15 years, and holds a Masters Degree in Housing Policy from Sheffield Hallam University.

Christopher Prentice is Chairman of two local businesses in Outdoor Accessories and Toy Soldiers.  He is also a founder member of an green energy group and a Duke of Edinburgh Leader.

Nigel Hallam

Nigel is a Barrister and spent 30 years in senior management roles in Magistrates' Courts and was the winner at the National Justice Awards for his outstanding commitment to diversity. He is Vice Chair of New College Nottingham and undertakes overseas consultancy work. He is a Lay Member of the General Chiropractic Council Professional Conduct Committee, an independent hospital manager at the Cygnet Hospital, Derby, and the Chair of the patients' group of a local doctors' practice.
