What we do
- We currently provide an accommodation pathway across the county, supporting single homeless men and women along a clear pathway to independence – starting with staffed emergency accommodation and progressing to semi-independent move-on accommodation.
How we do it
- We can accommodate up to 159 people each night across Lincoln City, Boston, South Holland and North Kesteven. But this accommodation is not about a bed for the night; it is intended to be the beginning, middle and end of a much longer journey towards independence.
On Track is a supported accommodation service provided by Framework in Lincoln, Boston, North Kesteven and South Holland for single, homeless men and women who are over 18. We provide a short stay, emergency and non-emergency accommodation service.View more information
