The Housing Management Service provides a range of quality housing solutions for vulnerable people. Staff manage a network of properties either owned by Framework directly or leased / managed on behalf of another landlord. Its functions include rent collection and maximisation, lettings, dealing with anti social behaviour, dealing with repairs and maintenance and providing advice and assistance through signposting to relevant services. The service provides an intensive housing management service to effectively support vulnerable tenants with regular visits.
Applicants must be over 18 and have the skills necessary to live independently in the community and manage the responsibilities that go with being a tenant. The service will, however, accept people with former rent arrears.
What we are doing
Safe, affordable and good quality housing is vital to people’s ability to live independent, fulfilled and happy lives. We have a range of fully furnished good quality self contained and shared accommodation. Our Housing Officers assist people to manage and maintain their tenancies and to access any necessary help and advice.
Contact and referral
Where existing support packages are in place, referrals are either managed through the support provider or by existing nomination arrangements.
For accommodation that is managed by the Housing Management Service and there is no support provider in place applicants (or their support worker) must complete a Housing Management Service application form.
