Framework relies on donated income to keep our innovative Resident Support Fund going. This Fund provides the opportunity of empowerment, practical & life skills activities for our clients, allowing them to do things they would not otherwise be able to; like sports activities, trips away and craft sessions.

Activities like these help the people we support to gain self–confidence, social and practical skills – together with a real sense of achievement. These competencies, which many of us take for granted, make all the difference to the quality of our clients’ lives and are vital if people are to gain the skills they need to sustain an independent lifestyle.

Payroll Giving

Payroll giving is an easy and tax efficient way of giving regularly to Framework. Because it is taken from your pay before tax is deducted, the entire pound you pledge will come to us. That’s worth 22p more to us - or 40p more if you are a higher rate taxpayer.

Many employers also operate a donation-matching scheme, which doubles the size of employees’ gifts. Check to see if your employer offers this scheme.

Until April 2004 the Government is adding a further 10% to every payroll donation.

Legacies

Gifts left in wills really help us to help others after you have gone by enabling us to plan for the future. Charitable gifts are also a valid method for reducing inheritance tax liability on your estate, as legacies to a registered charity are tax-free
