AFTAs 2016 - Celebrating our workforce

17 Mar 2017

On 15th December 2016 we celebrated our fifth annual awards night which was described as the best one yet! That of course had a lot to do with the fantastic nominations we received and the staff who attended on the night.

The AFTAs (Achievement of Framework’s Talent Awards) are a means for everyone at Framework to recognise the achievements of their colleagues and volunteers during the past year in accordance with Framework’s values – Respond. Respect. Empower.

We are pleased to be in a position to be able to celebrate our services in this way and would like to say a big thank you to our fantastic sponsors who contributed in supporting us deliver the event:

Andrew Redfern, Chief Executive said: ‘My colleagues and I really enjoy the AFTAs because they not only affirm not just those in the room but everyone they represent – the whole of Framework’s workforce. The event is more than just a ‘thank you’; it celebrates good practice, resilience and teamwork, and the difference these qualities make in the lives of individuals and communities.’
