Framework is pleased to announce it’s fourth ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) programme commencing in September 2016
Here’s what our ASYE pioneers have to say about Framework’s ASYE programme...
The Framework ASYE year is a good bridge between finishing university and going into a full time career. The sessions have promoted critical reflection in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment. I feel that Pam and Tash have been really supportive and encouraging throughout the ASYE and I believe these qualities have developed me as a practitioner and as a person. I feel the Framework ASYE year has put me in good stead for a career in social work”
The ASYE programme has been very positive for me because I have been able to put into practice the skills and knowledge I gained from my degree. Taking full advantage of the training and supervision I have been given has increased my confidence and belief in my practice.”
Are you a newly qualified social worker or a social work student due to qualify before September 2016?

What is ASYE and how is Framework involved?
Framework manages a third sector placement service comprising a large number of student placements in its own services, and with external agencies.
This has developed and maintained strong links with social work, universities and local authorities over many years.
Framework built on its commitment to social work education by rolling out an ASYE programme in 2013, dedicated to providing quality learning and professional support. The program is aligned nationally to the Professional Capabilities Framework the Department of Health Knowledge and Skills Statement for Adult Social Work. The program is run in partnership with Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire local authorities and is endorsed Nationally by Skills for Care.
