Lee Anderson

Lee joined Framework in March 2008 having previously worked as a Group Worker for adults with severe and enduring mental health problems.

Her responsibilities include coordinating student placements within Framework and for external agencies, which Framework Coordination service provides brokerage for.

The role includes providing services with information, advice and guidance around placement matters and arranging training for both staff and students.

Further to this Lee is involved in the developments around the Social Work Reform agenda, working closely with partners, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County Councils and Nottingham and Nottingham Trent Universities.

Lee enjoys the diversity of her job, which allows her to meet and work with practitioners from a wide range of services around the East Midlands and also with academics from Universities around the region.

Lee has a young daughter but considers her role at Framework her first baby as it was a new position which she has nurtured and developed and hopes to continue to see it grow.
