We employ more than 800 staff in a range of diverse roles including those that;
- Support people with mental health issues, complex needs, alcohol or substance misuse issues.
- Work directly with either young people (16 to 24yrs), older people, families and new parents.
- Are based in accommodation services and work a shift pattern.
- Work in a non-accommodation service and work with people during the day
- Are office-based in Fundraising, IT, Communications, Housing Management, HR or Finance.
