We employ more than 800 staff in a range of diverse roles including those that; 

  • Support people with mental health issues, complex needs, alcohol or substance misuse issues.
  • Work directly with either young people (16 to 24yrs), older people, families and new parents. 
  • Are based in accommodation services and work a shift pattern.
  • Work in a non-accommodation service and work with people during the day
  • Are office-based in Fundraising, IT, Communications, Housing Management, HR or Finance.
