Ruth is now retired following a career predominantly in the NHS in Nottinghamshire. She has 22 years experience as a Director of Finance and spent her last four years in employment in a Chief Executive role.

Chair of the Governance, Remuneration and Appraisal Committee

Catherine is a charity Management Consultant specialising in strategic planning, operational management and fundraising. She was formerly CEO of the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation.

Louise Harris

Louise Harris

Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee

Louise is a strategic leader with over 15 years’ experience in senior management roles in the non-profit sector. She is a qualified accountant with an MA in People and Organisational Development.

Holly Dagnall

Holly Dagnall*

Holly is Director of Homes and Wellbeing at NCHA. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in leading strategy, managing business risk, quality and operations in the Housing, Care and Support sector; with an academic background in Social Sciences and Gender Studies.

Alan Davies**

Alan is former Director of Innovation and Partnerships at Health Education England. He now works in Executive Director roles in the NHS associated with digitally-enabled transformation after strategic directorships in the MedTech/assistive technology industry for 30+ years, and works as a partner with PA, PwC and Gemini Consulting.

Neil Jones

Neil Jones*

Neil previously worked at a purchasing and distribution organisation serving the public and charitable sectors. He is currently Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) International at Walgreens Boots Alliance, after working for more than fifteen years with the healthcare and retail company.

Sheona MacLeod

Sheona MacLeod**

Sheona is a Medical Director in NHS England having been a GP for 26 years, and holding clinical educational leadership roles for over 15 years. She has worked in a community hospital setting, widely as an industrial Occupational Health Advisor and also as a visiting Medical Officer for the Prison Service.

Rob Main

Rob Main CIHCM**

Rob is Head of Regeneration at Platform Housing Group. He has worked in housing for over 25 years across several disciplines at a senior level for both local authorities and registered providers. In recent years he has focused on delivering housing growth and estate regeneration.

Professor Brigitte Scammell

Brigitte is a retired doctor with 40 years’ service in the NHS, working locally, regionally and nationally to provide the best care to patients. This includes 26 years as a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, and working as a clinical Academic Professor at the University of Nottingham.

Dr Vinay Shankar

Dr Vinay Shankar is a GP and Digital Lead in Nottinghamshire. He works within the NHS Time For Care team and is a former GP Fellow for Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group.

Paddy Tipping

Paddy Tipping

As a senior leader in the public, private and third sectors, Paddy has been involved in planning and delivering public services locally and nationally for around fifty years. He is involved with several environmental charities and is a Non-Executive Director of Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust.

Nigel Turner

Nigel Turner**

Nigel previously worked at Next and Northern Foods. He was a CFO at British Midland Airways for 10 years and then a CEO there for 5 years. Nigel is now Chairman of aircraft lessor TrueNoord.
